Painted on both sides of a wooden panel in a wooden frame, this hand painted sign was discovered in Chiayi, Taiwan – the work of a now retired sign writer. Colourful advertising for matches, something we rarely use in the modern-era.

鑲嵌於木框中的雙面手繪招牌，由台灣嘉義一位已退休的在地招牌畫師所繪製。以鮮明色彩呈現火柴廣告，映照出當今時代已逐漸消逝的日常物件。
